At Rapsu Pet, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Please read through our shipping and returns policy for details.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only to Finland and delivery services are provided by Posti.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free Shipping: Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €5 will apply.


DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery time is 5 business days.

Please note, if your order includes customized embroidery, the processing time may extend by an additional 1-2 business days.

CUSTOMIZATION AND RETURNS

  • Customized products, such as those with embroidered names, are non-returnable unless the item is defective.
  • For non-customized items, our return policy complies with standard legal requirements, allowing returns within 30 days of receipt.


RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return for any reason, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • Returns are made within 30 days of receiving the order.

The shipping costs incurred for returns will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Customized items that are non-defective cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, please email us at hello@rapsupet.com with your order details. We’ll provide you with all the instructions needed to process your return.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Shipping costs incurred for uncollected packages will also be deducted from the refund amount.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL FEES

Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or other additional fees may be applied to your order depending on your country’s import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Rapsu Pet Oy. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential charges before placing an order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Any delivery delays caused by external factors such as customs processing or carrier issues are beyond our control, though we will do our best to assist.
  • All refunds will be issued through the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
