Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we only ship to Finland. However, we’re working hard to expand our delivery area and hope to reach more locations soon!

We ship orders from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

We use Posti for deliveries, offering options such as delivery to a parcel locker, a Posti location, or home delivery. All available options will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery is free for orders over €100. A delivery fee of €5 applies to orders under €100.

Since we currently only ship to Finland, there are no additional duties or taxes.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order.

If your order hasn't been processed yet, you may be able to change the shipping address by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.

Our products are designed in Finland and manufactured in Estonia.

Yes, all materials used in our products are safe for pets. Our covers have the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, ensuring the highest safety and comfort for your pets.

You can find a sizing guide on the product page that helps you choose the right size based on your pet’s breed and weight. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our customer support for assistance.

An extra cover allows you to keep your pet’s bed usable and clean while the other cover is being washed. It’s also a great way to change the look of the bed to match your mood!

Machine wash the covers at 30°C and let them air dry. Thanks to the bed's waterproof layer, the filling stays clean and doesn't usually need washing. Between washes, you can spot clean by wiping and vacuuming off pet hair. Care instructions are also provided on each product page and with your purchase.
Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer refunds on most products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition. Please note that customized products are not eligible for refunds.

Customized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

Currently, we only offer returns. If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
